BB'S Chicago Cuisine

Charles Rivers is a Business Administration major with entrepreneurial concentration. Arianna Richards is an Exercise and Sports Science major with a Business Administration minor. They first joined forces in 2015 in Houston after they realized they both loved dating & working together.  The pair continued to work co-independently under the previous owner, Chuck Rivers, who founded BB's Beef & Hotdog in 2009. After a few months, tides changed and the BB's food truck was handed from father to son. From then on, Arianna and Charles handled the food truck as their own. They both worked hard to blow up the business and deliver more quality food & service than ever before. At this point, the two eighteen year old college students took on a great responsibility that they never underestimated. They would commute back and forth between Houston, TX and San Marcos, TX almost every weekend in order to continue filling bellies.

After feeding people all over Houston,  it was time for the two to return to Texas State University and prepare for the upcoming semester. Preceding this was the annual Chicago picnic. This year's picnic was held in  the Houston location once again. Unfortunately, the picnic did not go as well as expected, but there was still a ton of food to sell and class was the next morning in San Marcos. This was how BB's was accidentally brought to San Marcos, TX. The food truck was relocated from Houston to San Marcos in 2018. In the meantime, the pair plan to feed as many Bobcats and San Martians as possible until the food truck is rolling onto it's next city. Charles and Arianna hope to provide internships and more opportunities to help strengthen each community they reach.​
